Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a private database and email notifications are sent through a transactional email provider. Both are access-controlled and are not publicly reachable. Access is limited to the Glorvix team members who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep information

• Inquiries and audit requests: kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
• Spam-protection data (hashed IPs): kept only for the rate-limiting window.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see the contact section below.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, and email notifications are delivered by a transactional email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties except where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict some processing. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored behind access controls. No public page ever exposes private submissions. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information (such as credentials or full payment details) through the forms.
