Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and the general conditions under which Glorvix provides services. Project-specific agreements always take precedence over this page.

To be confirmed by the owner

  • The registered entity name, address, governing law and dispute venue must be confirmed and inserted before these terms are treated as final.
  • Specific payment terms (invoicing schedule, accepted methods, late-payment terms) must be confirmed by the owner.

Using this website

You may browse this site and submit forms for genuine business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful information through any form.

Service descriptions and scope

Service pages describe what Glorvix offers and how work is delivered. The exact scope of any engagement — deliverables, quantities, timelines and exclusions — is defined in the written proposal or order confirmation we agree with you before work begins. Website copy is descriptive and does not by itself form a binding scope of work.

Pricing and quotations

Prices shown for monthly packages are current offers and may change; the price that applies to you is the one in your written proposal or order confirmation. Quote-based services (such as guest posting, niche edits and digital PR) are priced individually because cost depends on the publications and scope involved.

Payment terms

Payment schedule, method and currency are agreed in writing before work starts. Unless agreed otherwise, monthly services are billed in advance and one-off campaigns require payment before placement work begins.

Project commencement, deliverables and revisions

  • Work starts once the scope and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
  • Deliverables are listed in the proposal; anything not listed is out of scope until agreed.
  • Revision rounds for written content are agreed per project — our default is one consolidated round of revisions per deliverable.
  • We report on completed work and agreed measures on the reporting schedule in your agreement.

Client responsibilities

Delays in approvals, access or feedback may shift timelines accordingly.

  • Providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals.
  • Maintaining your own website, domain, hosting and third-party accounts.
  • Ensuring you have the right to use the content, brands and data you ask us to work with.

No ranking or traffic guarantees

Search engines control their own results. We follow current search-engine guidelines and measure our work honestly, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic levels, backlink permanence on third-party websites, or revenue outcomes. Any figures we discuss are estimates unless they are clearly labelled measurements from verified data.

Cancellation and refunds

Monthly services can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement; work already delivered or committed (for example, placements already ordered) remains chargeable. One-off campaigns are governed by the cancellation terms in their specific order. Pre-paid, unstarted work is refunded pro rata unless the terms of your order state otherwise.

Intellectual property

On full payment, content created specifically for you (articles, copy, reports) is yours to use. We retain the right to reuse general methods, templates and know-how, and — unless you ask us not to — to reference non-confidential work in our portfolio. Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver your work. We expect the same treatment for our proposals, pricing and methods.

Third-party services

Our work may involve third-party tools, publications and platforms. Their availability, policies and editorial decisions are outside our control, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

Acceptable use and prohibited activities

  • No spam, link schemes, fake engagement or other manipulative tactics are requested, performed or endorsed by Glorvix.
  • Content placed on third-party sites must be lawful, accurate and disclosed where required.
  • We may decline work that conflicts with search-engine guidelines or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glorvix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Publisher programme

Glorvix runs a publisher programme for website owners who collaborate with us on editorial placements. The programme is being developed; the Publisher page describes its current status. Publisher-specific terms will be published there when the programme opens.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and dispute venue are confirmed in the written agreement for each engagement, and must be set by the business owner below. Until then, the law of the business’s place of establishment applies to the extent it is identifiable and mandatory.
